Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Before registering or signing in, you must confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service, including the Community Standards below. If you do not agree, do not create an account, sign in, or use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide.

3. Listings and Transactions

SwapFlowAuto is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any vehicle listed. All transactions are between the parties directly.

You may upload only content and vehicle photos that you have the right to use. You are responsible for your listings, messages, offers, photos, and other content you submit.

You must keep your listing reasonably current and close it when the vehicle is transferred, sold, or no longer available. We may ask where a completed transaction originated so we can understand whether SwapFlowAuto helped; responding does not create a fee or commission obligation.

4. Zero-Tolerance Community Standards

SwapFlowAuto has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, send, upload, or promote content involving harassment, bullying, hate or discrimination, threats, sexual or pornographic material, violence, illegal activity, scams, fraud, impersonation, spam, intellectual-property infringement, or deliberately false or misleading vehicle information. You may not use the service to abuse another person or to evade a block or enforcement action.

5. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

Signed-in users can report a listing from its detail screen and can report or block another user from a conversation. Blocking prevents new messages and offers between those users while keeping previous messages visible for context. A member can reverse an accidental block from Account > Blocked users. Reports are sent to our moderation queue for prompt review.

We use automated checks and human review to identify content that may violate these terms. We may reject or remove content, close conversations, restrict marketplace access, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve relevant records where needed for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

SwapFlowAuto is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for disputes between users, vehicle condition, or transaction outcomes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may permanently delete your own account through the web settings or mobile app. Some limited records may be retained where reasonably needed for fraud prevention, security, disputes, or legal obligations.
