1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, optional phone number and location, vehicle details, listing content, offers, messages, saved searches, support requests, and vehicle photos. SwapFlowAuto does not request a VIN in its current garage or listing flows. If a VIN was supplied through an older version of the service, it remains private and is not shown on public listings.

2. App and Usage Data

We may collect device and app information, approximate or precise location when you grant permission, push-notification tokens, pages and listings viewed, searches, saves, and listing performance. When you close a listing, we may ask why and whether the match came from SwapFlowAuto, Facebook, another marketplace, or offline. This answer is used for product analytics and is not displayed publicly.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to operate the SwapFlowAuto marketplace: display listings, facilitate matches, secure accounts, communicate about offers and messages, send notifications you request, prevent fraud and abuse, measure marketplace performance, and improve the service.

4. Public Information and Sharing

Public listings may show vehicle information, photos, approximate location, listing terms, and your display name. Exact postal codes and coordinates are not shown publicly. We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared with other members only as needed for marketplace conversations and transactions, or when you choose to share it.

5. Service Providers

We use service providers to host the website, app, database, and photos; provide sign-in, email, analytics, advertising, and notifications; and protect the service. They process information only for those services and under their own applicable privacy terms. Data may be processed outside your province or Canada.

6. Data Security

We use encryption in transit and restrict access to systems and data to what is reasonably needed to operate and protect SwapFlowAuto. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention and Account Deletion

We keep account and marketplace data while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account in Profile Settings on the web or from Account in the mobile app. Deletion removes your active profile and associated marketplace data. Limited records may be retained where reasonably required for fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can update profile information, remove listings, control device permissions and notifications, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. Contact us using the address below.

9. Children

SwapFlowAuto is for adults who can enter vehicle transactions and is not directed to children under 18.
